Return Policy

GOODS ONCE SOLD ARE NOT TAKEN BACK. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGE, IF GOODS ARE DELIVERED IN GOOD CONDITION.

Only Faulty or Damaged items can be replaced. No Refund can be done for the product. However, we will replace the product with free of cost further it comes to our notice
within 12 hrs of item delivery.

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


Non-returnable items:
Unsealed Ghee Bottles, Pickle Bottles, Vathals, Beverages as mentioned in the site.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
No Refunds if goods are delivered in good condition and no money will be returned.


Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@roopamart.com

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your defective item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product (only if is defective) to reach you, may vary.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
